Planning Services
The City requests that vendors propose a solution where a single consultant is responsible to the City for all professional services provided by the Planning Department. Proposals should clearly define the prime consultant that would be accountable to the City for all provided services, whether they are subcontracted or preformed directly by the prime. This accountability includes full fiduciary responsibility to the City for any errors or omissions made in providing services to the City.
