Planning Services
The City of Baker City invites all qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals to provide basic community planning services on a continuing relationship basis. The principal consultant and associated employees shall serve as the core of the Citys Planning Department including the provision of a qualified Planning Director and the provision of a range of other professional planning capabilities as determined by the needs of the City.
