Planning Area Project
The Cities are requesting Statements of Proposals from consultants or teams to complete concept land use planning in an area between the two cities. Due to the location of the subject land, the two cities have jointly entered into an agreement to work collaboratively to complete concept planning for this urban growth boundary addition. Accordingly, a unique opportunity awaits a consultant or team to work with the two cities and respective communities to create a Concept Plan.
