Planning Advanced Planning Document
The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State’s need for planning services for the development, transferring of a SAM or State WIC certification system. The RFP will provide the mechanism management information system planning services. It is the intent to contract with a vendor that provides quality management information system planning services for the Women, Infants and Children Program.
