Planning & Market Research for Temporary Parking
The James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, Pennsylvania is seeking information from interested parties for a potential requirement for the lease of 167 surface parking spaces. The parking spaces must be reserved from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The spaces must be available for use by VA for up to 18 continuous months. All parking spaces must be located on the same property and preferably within one parking lot.
VA's delineated area for potential space is:
All properties with road frontage on Cayuga Avenue, and all properties bounded by a polyline starting at the intersection of 17th Street and Business Route 220 South. From the polyline start, follow Business Route 220 South in a southwestern direction to the intersection with Logan Boulevard. Follow Logan Boulevard in a southeastern direction until the intersection with Park Avenue. Follow Park Avenue in a northeastern direction until the intersection with Frankstown Road. Follow Frankstown Road in a southeastern direction to the intersection with Amelia Avenue. Follow Amelia Avenue in a northern direction until the intersection with Osgood Drive. Follow Osgood Drive in a northern direction until the intersection with 17th Street. Follow 17th Street in a northwestern direction to the intersection of Business Route 220 South.
