The State is interested in contracting with a team that is qualified to oversee and supervise three aspects of a project. These aspects may include: Phase I: Preparing bid documents for the salvage and deconstruction of three buildings/structures (farmhouse, cottage and storage shed) and project management for the removal of the buildings/structures; Phase II: Developing a site plan and designs for new park facilities; and Add Alternate Phase III: Preparing construction details and bid documents, obtaining necessary permits, and project management for construction of recreation facilities.
