Plan Review Services
This Proposal is to provide plan review services, fire protection report reviews, master exit plan reviews, In-Facility plan
reviews, quality control reviews, express plan reviews and peer reviews on behalf of the County Building Department
for commercial and residential plans submitted for permit application for the period from date of award through June 30,
2016 with the option to renew this Contract for two (2), one-year periods.
Plan review shall include review of reports, plans, calculations and other related construction documents for compliance
with OWNERS’s Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Energy Conservation Codes and other pertinent County
and State regulations falling within the purview of the Building Official. Plan review shall also include acquiring revised
documents, building department approval stamping and signing the approved documents and returning copies of same to
OWNER.
