Plan Design in the Health Benefit Exchange – For Insurers
The State is in the process of planning and developing its Health Benefit Exchange (the “Exchange”). The Exchange will be an online marketplace for Vermonters to access quality, affordable health insurance. It is a priority of the State of Vermont – as well as a federal requirement – to engage stakeholders and elicit diverse thoughts and information to inform the planning and development of the Exchange.
