Award Decision: Award shall be made to a responsible eligible offeror whose quotation is lowest priced and technically acceptable based on the total price of all line items identified in the schedule section of this solicitation. For this acquisition, offers that take no exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the requiring items, will be considered technically acceptable.
