The scope of work generally consists of the following:

1.)    Interior concrete saw cutting and demolition and off-site debris disposal.
2.)    Removal and disposal of miscellaneous metal fabrication.
3.)    Installation of vehicle lift equipment and other interior metal fabrication.
4.)    Rock fill and concrete floor slab to fill an existing vehicle maintenance pit.
5.)    All work shall occur within existing facility that shall remain operational
