Pismo State Beach, Tenant Improvements
Remodel two existing office/maintenance buildings at the Maintenance Yard. The West building will include four enclosed offices, space for four computer work stations, and a small kitchenette. East building will have two restrooms and a shower, lockers and adaptable space for use as a break-room, and one restroom and shower to be ADA accessible. Install 50 lockers. Replace windows with dual pane throughout the buildings. Install communication and data lines and upgraded electrical panel. Perform minor exterior work to both buildings, including door removal and replacement with walls, replacement and adding new doors and relocating several windows. Install photovoltaic panels on the West building at PISMO STATE BEACH in San Luis Obispo County.
