Pipeline Avenue Project
The work, in general, consists of placing asphalt concrete over pulverized material; pulverizing existing asphalt concrete; reconstructing cross gutter, spandrel; installing AC dike and driveway approaches; placing traffic striping, signs and pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto.
