PRON: AX5F0040AX, NOUN: Pipe, Exhaust, NSN: 1560-01-233-8332; P/N: 70308-03801-114; UH-60, Quantity: 150 Min Qty/750 Max Qty on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 150 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 150 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286) and General Electric Company (CAGE: 99207) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of the DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
