Piney Woods South Boundary Line Maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541360. Size standard: $15 Million. The resulting long-term contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Boundary Line Maintenance services at Sam Rayburn & Town Bluff. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation will be used to advertise and award one Boundary Line Maintenance contract at Sam Rayburn, Jasper, TX 75951 and Town Bluff, Woodville, TX 75657. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
