Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, transportation, and equipment, except as noted below, necessary to survey Government property for the presence of any federally listed Threatened and/or Endangered (TES) species and Bald Eagles. Each survey will also include a brief evaluation of current habitat as to its ability to support said species. Surveys will use the latest county-specific Federal TES lists as compiled by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. There are thirteen (13) Texas counties involved in this contract: Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Hopkins, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine, Titus, Tyler, and Upshur. 

Areas to be surveyed under this contract may be located in one or more compartments consisting of various stands of pine or pine/hardwood timber owned in fee by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The areas to be surveyed are located at Jim Chapman Lake/Cooper Dam (to include White Oak Creek Wildlife Management Area), Lake O' The Pines, Sam Rayburn Lake, B.A. Steinhagen Lake/Town Bluff Dam, and Wright Patman Lake.
