Piney Woods Region North Boundary Line Maintenance
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541320. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting long-term contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Boundary Line Maintenance services at Wright Patman & Lake O' the Pines. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be used to advertise and award one Boundary Line Maintenance contract at Wright Patman Lake, Texarkana, TX and Lake O' the Pines, Jefferson, TX 75657. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
PROJECT INFORMATION:
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform boundary line services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Ordering Periods will be one twelve (12) month base period, and three twelve (12) month option periods.
