The Dixie National Forest in Utah anticipates installing a Toe Drain at Pine Valley Reservoir.

Project is located at the Pine Valley Reservoir within the Pine Valley Recreation Area. The location is searchable in commonly used free navigation apps.

 

The project consists of:

Installing a toe drain at the Pine Valley Dam as shown in the construction drawings. It also includes slope excavation, grouted riprap placement and spillway masonry repair This project requires the Contractor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight and delivery, as well as all necessary licenses and permits required to complete the project in reasonably close conformity with the drawings and specification, and in accordance with the provisions of the contract.


A Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Pine Valley Reservoir

Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000

This project is a total Small Business Set Aside.

Three (3) copies of the offeror proposal must be submitted
