Pine Flat Janitorial Svcs
Project: Recreation Janitorial Services at Deer Creek Recreation Area, Island Park Recreation Area, Lakeview Recreation Area, and Trimmer Recreation Area within the Pine Flat Lake and Dam Project Boundaries, Fresno County, CA.
Except for those items furnished at the discretion of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the terms and conditions stated in this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing this contract and its successful completion. Services include, but are not limited to Janitorial Services at the Pine Flat Lake Project Headquarters compound which includes the headquarters Office building, an outbuilding on the compound referred to as the "Storage Building", another outbuilding referred to as the "Maintenance Building", recreation area restroom facilities cleaning; and record keeping and reporting.
