Phytotron Building - Energy Conservation Measures Project
This project will provide services for a complete design, an energy model, an Investment Grade Energy Audit (IGEA), and construction administration to implement installation of Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) in the Phytotron Lab Building. The scope shall include, but not be limited to, connection to the campus chilled water loop, ECMs related to lighting, controls, water conservation/plumbing, building envelope, steam, mechanical/HVAC/fumehoods, and electrical as well as minor architectural modifications.
