THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is soliciting proposals from all small businesses that have the capability to initiate and oversee local, regional, and national outreach/educational activities through use of field offices and/or partnerships with other organizations with these means, as well as: expertise in conducting scientific evaluations; managing meeting logistics; hiring, training, and managing in the field' professionals charged with disseminating NIDA materials; mass media marketing; special event planning, and in building partnerships with medical associations and other entities that specifically target physicians and physicians in training.
