The County of Santa Clara (hereafter, "County") is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a physician credentialing and database management software for the Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System (SCVHHS). The County of Santa Clara is seeking a supplier who can provide software, support, and related services to manage the credentialing, re-credentialing, and medical staff and health plan participation of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, certain facilities, and ancillary providers. The software must maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing information and processes in a manner compliant with JCAHO AND NCQA standards.
