Physical Records Tracking and Billing System
It is the intent to purchase a single, commercial, off-the-shelf, online, real-time records management system designed to accommodate a database of records for all types of paper, microfilm and electronic record materials (e.g., boxed paper records, paper files, magnetic and optical media, microfilm). In addition, the new system will allow for the creation and maintenance of records retention schedules, include a billing component and maintain information on monthly training classes.
