The City is seeking proposals to provide photocopying/printing/faxing services to the enclosed list of departments (Appendix A), by providing a replacement machine comparable to the machine currently in use (or a better model) with all specified features, together with the support and maintenance required to keep the machines in good repair and operating order, including service, parts (drums where applicable), all supplies (excluding paper), labor, record-keeping, operator training and technical assistance.
