This is currently an unfunded requirement subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Award will be made should funding become available. Please make offers good through 01 November 2015. If funded, CLINS 0001-0019 will be awarded prior to 30 September 2015. CLIN 0020 has been added as an OPTION CLIN that may be funded after 30 September 2015.

This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price.
