Phone System Replacement
The Organization is seeking proposals for a phone system replacement (equipment, installation, training, maintenance, service and trade-in), in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions stated herein. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides a standard base from which to evaluate alternatives for real-time IP systems and to allow the bidder flexibility in providing the most appropriate and cost effective solution.
