Phoenix ModelCenter Integrate
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) intends to issue a sole source modification under contract W15QKN-18-P-0073 to Phoenix Integration Inc, 1715 Pratt Drive Suite 2000, Blacksburg VA, 24060-6472, CAGE Code 06DV8. This is pursuant to FAR 13.106(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. .
The applicable NAICS Code for this is 541519.
The Government intends to purchase one additional license of Phoenix ModelCenter Integrate with one option year of support and maintenance.
