Amendment 3 - Purpose of this amendment is to answer the following question - The closing date of 21 Jul at 11:00 AM EST will not be extended. For the outyears - how did the government come to 1816 hours per FTE. 1920 hours are broken down using two CLINs from weekday and weekends (10896-1001 and 624-1002 equal 11520 hours divide by 1920) for outyears. b. Proposed offerors are required to sign all amendments and return with submitted proposal. c. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
