Phase One Addition Construction
The project consists of a 3,588 sq. ft. addition to the existing Adult Recreation Building . The scope of the project includes a new sanitary sewer extension, selective demolition, cold-formed metal framing, concrete slab and retaining wall, wood roof truss, architectural shingle roofing, cement board siding, clad windows, gypsum board, insulation, acoustical ceilings, athletic flooring, ceramic tile, power and lighting, HVAC systems, sprinkler system expansion, plumbing, acoustical panels, mirrors, painting and wall coverings, lockers, and toilet accessories. Existing HVAC, lighting and finishes will be reworked in portions of the existing building. The existing facility will remain in operation during construction.
