Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
The National Institutes of Health, ORF-Office of Acquisitions on behalf of the Division of Environmental Protection (NIH/ORF-DEP), through this procurement, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract for the performance of a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment at the Kalaeloa Airport, Barbers Point Hawaii. The focus is to provide support to the NIH Office of Research Facilities, Division of Environmental Protection in its critical role of providing environmental support services to the NIH and their supporting facilities. The complete solicitation package (RFQ) will be posted at the FBO web site on or about 28 June 2019.
