Phase I and Phase II Hazardous Environmental Site Assessment
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a list of qualified On-Call CONTRACTOR’s to Provide Phase I and Phase II Hazardous Environmental Site Assessment (ESAs) Reports on an as needed basis for various County buildings and properties throughout the County. CONTRACTOR shall be required to conduct complete surveys to determine the presence of hazardous materials including but not limited to lead, asbestos, mold, or other materials deemed necessary to quantify or abate.
