Pharmacy Technology Redesign: Medication Process Supply Chain Technology
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit innovative and competitive proposals that
will serve to establish a contractual relationship between a Pharmacy Medication Process Automation
Technology company and The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC), its
affiliated retail pharmacies, outpatient pharmacies, investigational pharmacies, inpatient pharmacies,
and any other pharmacies as may be added. The Division of Pharmacy intends to upgrade its existing
suite of such technologies and systems enabling the operation of a seamless end-to-end pharmacy
supply chain extending from the pharmaceutical manufacturer to the patient.
