Pharmacy Compounding and Hazardous Drug Course
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Alexandria VA Medical Center, Pineville, LA., has a requirement for a Service Contract for Educational Services for Pharmacy Sterile Compounding and Handling of Hazardous Drugs in IAW USP 797 and USP 800. The Training Course is to be presented at a location other than the Veterans Administration s Campus. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 4/25/2018 with responses due on 5/03/2018, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
