The purpose of this RFP is to select a third party Contractor who will administer the County’s self funded prescription drug plan. The administration of the prescription drug plan will include to retail, mail order and specialty pharmaceutical drug services, including utilization management, clinical and formulary management, and associated member services. The prescription drug plan will be a carve-out plan offered alongside the medical plan.
