The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) is conducting market research on the feasibility of implementing a national pharmacy benefit management (PBM) program.

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely to obtain information from industry and does not constitute a solicitation. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a RFI may be used when the Government wants to obtain price, delivery, capabilities, and other market information for planning purposes. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with an RFI response. For the purposes of this RFI, the term "vendor" refers to those members of the industry providing a response to this RFI. Payment will not be provided for information obtained in this RFI, nor will responses to this RFI be returned. Respondents will not be notified of the RFI assessment.

Questions concerning this RFI shall be submitted to Ambrea Harris, Contract Specialist, via electronic mail at Harris.Ambrea.D@dol.gov and are due no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Responses to the clarifying questions will be posted as an amendment to this RFI.

Vendors shall deliver their responses no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Responses shall be submitted to Ambrea Harris electronically at Harris.Ambrea.D@dol.gov.
