The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors who can provide a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services program to County-operated specialty mental health programs managed by the Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services Agency (BHCS).

The County intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a three year contract (with option to renew) to the bidder(s) selected as most capable of meeting the Countys requirements.
