The Contractor shall provide all items required to perform work, to include but not limited to; personnel, licensures, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, employee personnel protection/safety equipment, employee safety training, supervision and any other supplies or services necessary to collect, package, transport and dispose of medical waste in accordance with (IAW) all applicable guidelines and laws.
