Petroleum Investigation and Remediation Services
The Division of Technical Services in the Bureau of Remediation and Waste Management of the States Department of Environmental Protection (hereinafter "Department") intends to create two lists of prequalified contractors to provide direct services for remedial and investigative services at small petroleum cleanup sites in MEDEP EMRO/NMRO Regions of the state. Top qualified companies that provide any of the following services will be ranked and listed on two separate lists: 1) Petroleum Investigation and Contaminated Soil Excavation Oversight, 2) Remedial Design, Operation, and Maintenance.
