Petroleum Fuel Engineering & Consulting Services
The City is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an engineering and/or
consulting service firm for a best method/best option desktop study of the City’s existing underground
fuel tanks. The desktop study will be Phase I of the project. Dependent on the
recommendation/conclusion of Phase I of this study, the City may elect to continue or eliminate
additional phases of implementation. The consultant firm will be asked to visit with staff on replacement,
abatements, and/or fuel card options. Consideration should be given for the projected growth and location. The firm may be asked to work with TCEQ or other government agencies to gain
full compliance with all regulations as/if the project progresses.
