Petroleum Contaminated Soil Excavator Pre-Qualified Lists
The deadline for written requests about the RFP requirements is March 12, 2010. The Department seeks bids to create an Excavator Contractor Pre-Qualified List. The Department uses excavation contractors to perform soil clean-ups by excavating petroleum contaminated soil, transporting the soil to a disposal site, and replacing the contaminated soil with clean fill. Site restoration may include turf, tree, or pavement replacement.
