The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses to provide Pesticides, Herbicides and Fungicides for the Bessey Nursery, located at 40637 River Loop, Halsey, NE 69142. Awards will be offered to the best value offer that is most advantageous to the Government. Multiple awards are possible, prices to include shipping per line item. Packaging - Commercial: Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner that will ensure acceptance by common carrier and safe delivery at destination. Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission and Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules or Regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation. NAICS Code 325320, 1,000 Employees. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for service disabled veteran owned small business. This is a Firm Fixed price supply contract. Contractor must have an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and the Reps and Certs completed in SAM to be eligible for award.
