SOLICITATION 

THIS IS A SOLICITATION.  The Mission and Installation Contracting - Fort Benning, Georgia, is conducting market research to determine availability of firms that are capable of providing integrated Pest Management (IPM) services to prevent and control a wide variety of arthropod and vertebrate pests at Martin Army Community Hospital Complex, Fort Benning, GA. This notice is a Request for Quotations. 

The Government is seeking responses from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement. Small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices.


Description of the Requirement to Include:


1. Description of services: Work includes integrated pest management (IPM) services


2. The estimated period of performance: Base Year plus 4 Option Years


3. NAICS code for this requirement: 561710 - Pest Control Services, $11M.       FSC Code: S207


Interested firms responding to this synopsis are to include the following information:
1. Firm's name, profile, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, telephone number, and email address.

2. Firm's capability to perform the REQUIRED service. Be specific with RELEVANT contracts of same or similar in nature of work, size, and complexity. Include contract description, dollar value, and customer POC. Describe your recent and relevant contracts performed within the past three years for the same or similar service as required in the draft PWS. Contracts may include those with Federal, State and local Government as well as private companies. Each reference must include the contract dollar value; the contract period of performance; and a brief description of the contract requirements.

3. Firm's business size (large or small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (i.e. SDB, 8(a) HUBZ, EDWOSB, WOSB, SDVOSB, etc.).
4. Responses are limited to email correspondence, and limited to 5 pages.


Respondents are encouraged to review the information requested above carefully and ensure a complete response for thorough consideration. The Government will review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement(s) of the above request. Quotes and capability statement shall be submitted NLT 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 19 September 2019. After this deadline, submissions will not be considered regarding this announcement.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to providing integrated Pest Management (IPM) services to prevent and control a wide variety of arthropod and vertebrate pests at Martin Army Community Hospital Complex, Fort Benning, GA. Pest Control Services is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number of W911SF-19-P-PEST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. T The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561710 for Pest Control Services, The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using "ALL or NONE" basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable.
