1.0 PURPOSE OF THE RFI
The 163d Attack Wing (AW) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet the scope of work required for the Personnel Management Dashboard. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
2.0 Scope:
Design and build a SQL website (Personnel Dashboard) with business rules built in for control access based on duties and responsibilities, allows for report building, and continuous improvement of functions and applications based on mission needs.
The contractor shall provide web page development and IT support services for the 163rd Attack Wing of the California Air National Guard (CANG). All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall support the CANG's mandate of global mission readiness in the following areas:
1. Development and maintenance of a website for a personnel management dashboard.
2. Ensure multiple data repositories can send information to the personnel management dashboard.
3. Ensure the personnel management dashboard can send information back to the multiple repositories updating the individual databases.
4. Ensures quick and easy integration of new or revised dataset structures from internal and external sources based on business-defined requirements.
5. Ongoing issue tracking and support for applications and users; ensure consistent user experience on IE, Firefox and Google Chrome platforms; maintain mobile experience as applicable

At this time, the Government does not guarantee any future contracts; and, responses to this Sources Sought notice do not bind the Government to any agreement with the responder, be it explicit or implied.
