Personal Services Clinical Healthcare Support
This is a presolicitation notice for personal services Clinical Healthcare Support for the Colorado Springs Military Health System (the 10 MDG, 21 MDG, and Evans Army Community Hospital) Medical Treatment Facilities. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement and in accordance with the precepts within the professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS REFLECTS CURRENT KNOWLEDGE AS OF THIS PRINTING. THESE FACTS MAY BE UPDATED OR REVISED IN THE ACTUAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), WHEN ISSUED. The acquisition will be solicited as a RFP in accordance with FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and FAR part 12 (Commercial Items). It is anticipated a single award, Firm-Fixed price, Performance Based Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will result from the solicitation. Period of Performance will be for a base year and four (4) one-year option years plus a six (6) month extension of services.
This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) Set Aside, The North American Industry Classification System Code 622110 with a small business size standard of $34.5 Million will apply to this solicitation. The Solicitation Number is FA7000-14-R-0018 and shall be issued on or about 9 June 2014 and will be posted electronically on the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov. Please note: Offerors are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the release of the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the incumbent upon the offerors to monitor the FBO website frequently for any updates or amendments.
To be eligible for award, a prospective offeror must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for SAM is http://www.sam.gov.
