The consultant will work closely with higher education faculty and staff in developing a P-20 continuous assessment model for the region that will effectively examine strategies designed to close the loop among college/career readiness, preparation for college/career, and successful completion of high school or GED through college graduation in support of the College and grant. Consultant will provide three (3) quarterly reports and one (1) final report identifying and summarizing the actions taken by the Academy and its partners focused on student readiness and success initiatives/interventions.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Master's degree in education is required. Experience in assessment for learning, institutional assessment data, college preparation and transition courses, and collaboration.
