It is the express purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire the services of a qualified Contractor, hereinafter the Contractor, to print and mail Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills and Reminder Notices for the Treasurer of the County of York, Virginia, hereinafter (Owner), for a one year period with an option to renew the contract for five (5) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties.
