Personal Cooling Systems: Liquid Circulating Systems andAmbient Air Systems
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Urban Security Technology Laboratory (NUSTL), a System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) Technical Agent, is seeking information on commercially available Personal Cooling Systems using liquid circulating technology or ambient air technology to meet the needs of emergency responders. The DHS Authorized Equipment List (AEL) item number(s) for this equipment is 01ZA-06-COOL. The target audience for this information is public safety providers and their purchasing agents. All submittals should be suited to the target audience's specific needs.
