Note: prequalification required.
This Invitation to Bid contains a basic system unit configuration along with a list of configurable
options. Pricing offered must be inclusive of all items listed in the basic system unit configuration and
on a per unit (1) basis for the configurable options. Quantities are not included in this Invitation to Bid,
since the State cannot forecast the exact number of purchases that will be made from the resultant
contract award. When pricing the configurable components provide the differential between the base
unit and the component item.
NOTE: Approximately 1,600 PCs were purchased between April, 2009 and December, 2009.
