Personal Computer Equipment and Related Services
his Request for Proposal is for the purpose of providing standard desktop systems; system add-ons and related services. The Vendors proposal must provide standard desktop systems of current manufacture, services as detailed in the RFP, and three (3)-year on-site warranty for all new personal computers that are Intel based at a competitive and reasonable cost to the State of Maine. The RFP shall cover desktop, laptop/notebook/tablet pc systems and PDAs. Respondents will be limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs); or Value Added Resellers (VARs) who propose products made by manufacturers listed in the Gartner Research Magic Quadrant for desktop computers. The state will not consider other brands.
