Personal Assistance Care Services
the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), seeks a non-technical, in-home personal care service that is available to adults whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to Adult Protective Services or a practitioner's statement of medical need. Services are provided by an attendant in accordance with the specifications contained in and referenced by this Provider Enrollment (PEN).
