Perry Pit Crush and Stockpile:
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for construction prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 12837119Q0016. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents for the Perry Pit Crush and Stockpile located on the Coconino National Forest From Flagstaff head south on Lake Mary Road approximately 20 miles. Turn Left on to FSR 9488E and continue to the project site.
